BUSH'S HANDOUTS TO FETUSES

The Bush administration is pushing a new handout program. They want to give government health care benefits to "unborn children" (read: fetuses). Bush is pushing his religious anti-abortion agenda again, this time with a socialist twist. A fetus is a potential child, not an actual one.
